Junior Devo (9th-12th grade)
Junior Devo focuses on the seven pillars of athletic development (strength, power, speed, agility, coordination, endurance and flexibility). Building strength is priority in this program which is very important as it is the foundation for power, speed development and injury reduction. Incorporating Movements such as sprinting, jumping and landing, deceleration and change of direction, as well as introduction to advanced resistance training. All this leading to proper technique to perform better and efficiently. Athletes in this program with an experienced lifting background will be analyzed to determine power/speed deficiencies which could be limiting their performance.
