Jose was born and raised in Colombia. Since he was young, he always wanted to be in an environment where he could help athletes to improve. He grew up racing BMX and enjoyed the process of learning and improving each day thanks to his coaches. Jose moved to the U.S. 11 years ago and now runs CATANO PERFORMANCE in North Andover MA. he’s been coaching and working with athletes for over 9 years and a behavior specialist for the past 14 years. Experienced athletic coach and program developer with a passion for helping adults on their wellness journey and students reach their full potential in sports. Strong background in high school, college Professional athletics, with expertise in data analytics and program development. Committed to using cutting-edge techniques and data analysis to drive continuous improvement and maximize performance.
