3 SIMPLE STEPS
STEP 1
Schedule an assessment, we provide state of the art assessment for our athletes. We provide USR (universal speed rating lab testing) sprinting profiling and athletic profiling and our athletic profiling.

STEP 2
Pick your training days based on your assessment results and age. We have multiple sessions and times throughout the week available.
STEP 3
Our programs run 1x, 2x or 3x week. In semi private Group setting while providing individualized programming. Each athlete gets their own training program based on their skill level, athletic needs and results of the assessment.

EXPERIENCE IN MULTIPLE SPORTS
over the years we've had the opportunity to work with multiple athletes in a variety of disciplines. from elementary school to elite level athletes for both boys and girls.
SERVICES
All athletic development programs include: Youth Devo., Junior Devo, Elite and Team training. These programs are based on a small group setting with 2-8 athletes per session.
Team training is provided at our facility or school school facility email us for details.
1 on 1 Athletic development programs are also available under personal training. Our focus is to improve strength, power, speed, agility, coordination, endurance, and flexibility.
