Jose was born and raised in Colombia. Since he was young, he always wanted to be in an environment where he could help athletes to improve. He grew up racing BMX and enjoyed the process of learning and improving each day thanks to his coaches. Jose moved to the U.S. 11 years ago and now runs CATANO PERFORMANCE in Haverhill, MA. He’s been personal training and working with athletes for over 5 years and a behavior specialist for the past 8 years.
In the meantime, Jose has been a personal trainer for clients 6 years old to 65+. Jose has helped his clients reach their goals with different weight strength training and weight loss programs. Jose has also worked with clients from elementary school to olympic level athletes, helping them build the pillars of athletic development such as strength, power, speed, agility, coordination, endurance, and flexibility.

Over the years we've had the opportunity to work with multiple athletes in a variety of disciplines, from middle school to elite level athletes for both men and women.

ART ASSESSMENTS & PROGRAMMING
All athletic development programs include: Youth Devo., Junior Devo, Elite and Team training. These programs are based on a small group setting with 2-8 athletes per session.
Team training is provided at our facility or school school facility email us for details.
1 on 1 Athletic development programs are also available under personal training. Our focus is to improve strength, power, speed, agility, coordination, endurance, and flexibility.
