SPEED UNIVERSITY
This program focus is to get our college athletes ready for the season wether is pre season or off season. Program is 4x week targeting specific areas of performance such as Speed, acceleration, conditioning, change of direction, lower and upper body power development.
If the AM session don't work for you, you can still purchase program and train in the PM sessions, please email us or message us for times and dates.
For sibling discounts, your season is shorter than 4 weeks or any other questions please email us.
